Groundbreaking H2 project in Spain

A historic milestone in the development of H2 in Spain. In cooperation with HVR Energy, CYLINDERS HOLDING supplied a 1,000 bar hydrogen bundle to a hydrogen station, becoming a participant in a groundbreaking event in the introduction of hydrogen in Spain and contributing to its success. Our colleagues from HVR Energy refueled with hydrogen in Madrid (from our hydrogen storage facility) and drove a hydrogen-powered BMW iX5 from Madrid to Barcelona (600 km), where they are spending last week with us promoting hydrogen propulsion at the SmartCityExpo Barcelona 2025 trade fair.

Spain is a very promising market for hydrogen, and we are delighted to have been part of this success from the very beginning.
